your move did not take place without incident. Although our movers use every precaution
in handling your household goods, instances of damage or loss sometimes occur.
Your shipment is covered
by the valuation you selected on your bill of lading.
According to the Department of Transportation, you have nine months from your delivery date, or your conversion to permanent storage, in which to file
a claim. This provision does not apply
to government contracts, local moves, specific national account contracts, and

intra state moves.
If you moved within the state of
Texas
, you have 90 days from the
date of your delivery in which to file your claim.
Please keep in mind that all transportation charges must be paid before a settlement
offer can be made. We ask that you retain all damaged items, including shipping
cartons, until we authorize their disposal. Do not have any items repaired or relocated
unless your claims adjuster advises you to do so
We make every effort to settle claims as quickly as possible, and we will provide
status updates through our website as warranted. If you have any questions or concerns,
